What is a bubl?
A bubl is an AI teammate. It has its own cloud computer, phone number and email address, works in your apps, and remembers your business. You talk to it like you would a member of staff: by text, call, email or chat.
What does “its own computer” mean?
Each bubl works on a real computer in the cloud, with a web browser and office apps. That means it can use the websites and portals your business relies on, even the ones with no integration. You can watch any screen live, take control, and hand it back.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. A bubl says it's an AI assistant and passes the conversation to a person whenever someone asks for one.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We set everything up for you: the bubls, their phone numbers and inboxes, your apps and the jobs they do. You just talk to them.
What if a bubl gets something wrong?
Anything that matters, like sending, changing or paying, waits for your OK, and every call, message and click is logged so you can check it. We review and tune your bubls as part of the monthly fee.
Is my data safe?
Your passwords are kept in a vault the AI never reads, and each bubl only gets the apps and accounts you choose. You can remove access at any time.
Which apps does it work with?
Gmail, Outlook, Google and Microsoft calendars, Xero, Slack and hundreds of other business apps connect directly. Where there's no connection, a bubl can use the website on its own computer, the way a person would.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Bublbot is month to month. There's a one-off setup fee to build your crew, then a monthly fee you can cancel at any time.
