Terms

These are the main terms for Bublbot in plain English. Your proposal sets out the details for your crew, and if anything in it differs from this page, the proposal wins. Bublbot is provided in Australia and New Zealand by Scalepoint Digital (ABN 20 530 107 179), and in the United Kingdom by Scalepoint Digital Ltd (company number 17294943).

Setup

Building your crew has a one-off setup fee, quoted in your proposal. It covers mapping your jobs, building and training your bubls, and connecting their phone numbers, inboxes, computers and your apps.

Month to month

After setup, Bublbot is billed monthly in advance. There's no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and your bubls stop at the end of the month you've paid for.

Usage

Your monthly fee includes AI usage, calls and texts up to the fair-use limit in your proposal. If your crew needs more, we'll talk to you before anything extra is charged.

Your accounts and approvals

You choose which apps and accounts each bubl can use, and you can remove access at any time. Actions that send, change or pay for things wait for approval unless you tell us otherwise. You're responsible for the instructions you give your bubls and the approvals you grant.

AI makes mistakes

Bubls are AI and can get things wrong. That's why important actions wait for your OK and every action is logged. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. We'll fix problems with your setup as part of the monthly fee.

Your data

Your business information stays yours. We use it only to provide Bublbot to you. See our privacy policy.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or UK consumer law, where they apply.
