Privacy policy

This policy explains how Bublbot handles personal information. Bublbot is operated in Australia and New Zealand by Scalepoint Digital (ABN 20 530 107 179), and in the United Kingdom by Scalepoint Digital Ltd (company number 17294943). In this policy, “we” means whichever of those serves you.

What we collect

• What you give us when you book a demo or talk to us: your name, business, email, phone number and anything you tell us about your business.
• Basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your browser, pages viewed and the page that referred you.
• If you become a customer: the information needed to set up and run your bubls, and to bill you.

How we use it

• To arrange your demo, reply to you and prepare a proposal.
• To set up, run and support the bubls you ask us to build.
• To improve the site and our service.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to Bublbot.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run Bublbot, including website hosting, our customer database, email, telephony and AI model providers. They only get what they need to provide their service to us. Some are based overseas, including in the United States, and we choose providers with appropriate safeguards for your information.

Your customers' information

When your bubls handle calls, messages and emails for your business, they process your customers' information on your behalf and on your instructions. We only use it to provide the service to you.

Keeping it safe

We protect information with access controls and encryption in transit, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. In the UK you also have rights under UK GDPR, including to object to processing and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. In Australia you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, and in New Zealand to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
